Water First: Think Your Drink

It’s gotten out of control. There are literally thousands of sugary drinks on the market. We’re drinking too many of them. They’re making us fat, buzzed and unhealthy. It’s not uncommon for kids and adults to drink cups of sugars, hundreds of calories and too much caffeine every day.

And then there’s water. You know… the stuff that keeps us alive and that humans are meant to drink. It’s fresh, it’s clear and it quenches thirst like none other. All these sugary drinks have
butted in and taken water‘s rightful place as the #1 beverage.

It’s time to put water first and let the sweet drinks take a back seat.
