Tuna Salad

Tuna Salad
  •  2 6-ounce cans or foil packages of tuna packed in water, drained
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely minced onion
  • 15 green or red seedless grapes, cut in half
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 medium head lettuce, chopped
  • Italian or Dijon dressing
Toss tuna, celery, onion, grapes, salt, pepper and dressing together.  Heap lettuce and on individual plates.  Spoon tuna on top. Serve with whole wheat crackers.
