Slow Cooker Chili

Slow Cooker Chili
Top with grated cheese just before serving.  Can serve Cincinnati-style with spaghetti.  Add a green salad for a nice meal

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Extra lean ground beef
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 2 (14.5 oz) cans Diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can water
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can Great northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can Red kidney bean, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can Corn, drained
  • 2 tbsp. Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. Cumin
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Preparation
Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet until cooked through, drain and pour into a slow cooker. Add the rest of ingredients, stir. Cook on low for 8 hours.
