Slow Cooker Chili
Slow Cooker ChiliTop with grated cheese just before serving. Can serve Cincinnati-style with spaghetti. Add a green salad for a nice meal
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Extra lean ground beef
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans Diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can water
- 1 (14.5 oz) can Great northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14.5 oz) can Red kidney bean, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14.5 oz) can Corn, drained
- 2 tbsp. Chili powder
- 1 tbsp. Cumin
- 1 cup Salsa
- Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet until cooked through, drain and pour into a slow cooker. Add the rest of ingredients, stir. Cook on low for 8 hours.
