My Child Will Never Be An Athlete!
It’s
true that some people have more natural talent for athletics than
others. Even if your children aren’t the most coordinated kids on the
block, you can still help them find activities they enjoy and can
become good at. Walking, biking, jumping rope and following exercise
DVDs are fun activities that don’t require great physical prowess. Some
children feel more comfortable with activities that involve a more
contemplative approach like yoga, tai chi or tae kwondo. And with practice, any one can improve their skills. Playing pitch and catch with you, hitting a tennis ball against a wall or getting a few lessons from a relative, neighbor or a local athlete can increase confidence.
